Return & Refund Policy

At Calvin Lawrence Furniture, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery.

Returns & Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and accessories included.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Please contact our customer support team to request an RMA before sending your item back.
  • For anything shipped UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS, we will pay for the return shipping.
  • For all orders shipped via freight, the customer pays for the return shipping. This will be deducted from your refund.
  • The return shipping costs can vary depending on the location of the return, size and weight of the item, and selected return method. Please contact us for an estimate.
  • If an order is returned because you refused delivery, the appropriate return costs will be charged and deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds apply to the full purchase price of the item.
  • Shipping fees from the original order (if any) are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us to request an RMA number.
  2. Package your item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Use the provided return shipping label and send the package back.
  4. Receive your refund once the return is processed.

Exchange Policy

  • We don't offer direct exchanges of items but you can certainly return an item for store credit, and then place a new order for the item you want. We initiate a refund once the item has been received and checked at our warehouse.
  • For store credit, this takes 24 hours from initiation, and 3-5 business days for refunds to the original payment method. You can either order your new item before returning the old one or wait until your refund has been received to place the new order.
  • Where applicable, your return ship fee will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
